Ingredients :-

* 1 or 2 pieces Boneless chicken Breasts

* 2 tbs chopped Onions

* 1/2 tbs chopped Garlic

* 1/2 tbs chopped Ginger

* 2 tbs chopped Spring onions

* 2 tbs Corn flour ( Corn starch)

* 1 tbs All purpose flour ( Maida)

* 1/2 tbs  Tomato ketchup

* 1/2 tbs Chilly Sauce

* 1 tbs Chilly Paste

* 1/2 tbs Schezwan Sauce

* 1/4 tbs Aromatic Powder ( Taste enhancing powder)

* 1/4 tbs White Pepper Powder

* Pinch of Baking Powder

* 1 tbs Food wine ( cooking wine)

* Salt as required

* Sugar small pinch

* 2 tbs Cooking oil

How to make Crispy Chicken Food Recipe

Method of preparation :-

* Wash and clean the Chicken Breasts and cut into thin strips size approximately finger size.

* Make a thick batter using the Corn starch and all purpose flour. Mix 1/2 tbs of Red chilly paste and pinch of Baking powder.

* Mix the finger size chicken pieces in the batter and keep it for few minutes.

* Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken fingers untill Crispy and keep aside .

* Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok , add chopped garlic, onions and ginger and sauteed for 1 minutes in high flame.

*  Add  Chilly Sauce, Tomato Sauce , remaining Chilly Paste and schezwan Sauce. Stir it continuously.

* Add aromatic powder,white pepper powder, salt and pinch of Sugar.

* Add the fried Chicken strips  finger to the mixture and stir it. Mixing properly so that the sauces coat the chicken pieces. Add half of the spring onions and food wine.

* Stir for more minutes and its ready to serve.

* Garnish it with the remaining spring onions and serve hot.
